茲有____________同學(xué)于__年__月__日至__月__日，在______實習(xí)，是____部成員。
實習(xí)期間，他愛崗敬業(yè)，對工程分部、分項易出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題的嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化并擬定預(yù)檢措施，例如：土建工程混凝土澆筑工程施工中，涉及到墻體砌筑、模板及鋼筋制作安裝、砼澆灌等多道工序，加強監(jiān)控，在監(jiān)理工程師的親臨現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)下，他不恥下問、力求上進。并對影響施工質(zhì)量的因素事先請教，為保證施工質(zhì)量，他及時協(xié)同監(jiān)理工程師采取旁站措施并下發(fā)監(jiān)理通知要求施工單位，按照設(shè)計內(nèi)容、設(shè)計要求、施工驗收規(guī)范，按質(zhì)、按量施工，確保施工質(zhì)量。
監(jiān)理記錄和平行檢查記錄是工程監(jiān)理不可缺少的環(huán)節(jié)，每周的監(jiān)理例會有完整而充分的監(jiān)理筆記，對于施工單位上報的資料和監(jiān)理資料整理得井然有序，能夠及時發(fā)放監(jiān)理文件。
該學(xué)生實習(xí)期間學(xué)習(xí)能力強，工作認(rèn)真，服從安排，虛心聽取別人提出的工作建議，能夠理論結(jié)合實踐做到學(xué)以致用。同事之間和睦相處，與其一同工作的員工都對該學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)予以肯定和贊揚。 特此證明。
